DEBBIE CARTER

Director of Mentoring Connection

Debbie Y. Carter is the Senior Pastor of Alive Again Church & Ministries in the heart of Baltimore City, Maryland.  She is the mother of one son, Steven, Jr.  Pastor Deb believes God has a purpose and a plan for every life.  With motivation and support, it is her desire to aid individuals in that discovery through outreach and mentoring.

DEMETRI CLANTON

Coordinator of Secret Place  

Demetri Clanton is a native of Michigan that has a passion to help others maneuver through life.  His dedication to the field of Social Work only gives a glimpse of the asset he will be to Free2Prayz as he coordinates the counseling component of our organization.  He is currently pursuing a Masters in Social Work and will be taking his licensing exam in the near future.  Demetri is a proud member of one of the greatest fraternities.  He is loving husband and caring father of three young boys.

D'WARREN LAMBIRTH

Coordinator of Mentoring Connection

D'warren Lambirth is a native of Baltimore, Maryland that has years of experience working with youth and young adults in the inner city.  Over the years, he has consistently dedicated his life to serving Baltimore City School System to guide so many that are lost.  He is a licensed minister of the Gospel and serves as the Youth and Young Adult Minister at a local church in Baltimore.  D'warren is  hard-working, searches for peaceful outcomes, and enjoys having fun.  He loves spending time with his lovely wife and children.

SHARMAINE MCADOO

Sharmaine McAdoo is a native of Brooklyn, NY and currently resides in Maryland.  Over the last 25 years, she has acquired a valuable amount of skills and abilities from the healthcare, financial. and government sectors that she will contribute to execute the vision of Free2Prayz.  Currently, she is an ordained reverend, former Youth and Executive Pastor, licensed insurance agent, notary, analyst, and a CEO.  In addition to possessing both a Bachelors and Masters degree, she is also a Certified Christian Counselor.

NIQUIA SHEPHERD

Executive Vice President
Director of Sue's Safe Haven

Niquia Shepherd was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY.  For over twenty years, she has worked in the financial industry and has served as a missionary to her community.  Fulfilling clients needs is her number one priority.  She has a strong passion for helping individuals, especially the seasoned population.  Niquia believes empathy and patience are key factors to getting positive results.

LuChanda Briggs joined Free2Prayz solutions with a desire to primarily serve individuals with achieving their personal and professional goals. She brings over 15 years of leadership  & career coaching experience. She is a licensed minister, Youth Advisor and SHMR professional. Her goal is to support the efforts of Free2Prayz and ensure delivery of uncommon solutions to the communities that need it most.

At Free2Prayz Solutions Inc., we are extremely blessed to have the best volunteers that anyone could ask for.  The contribute their time, skills, and talents throughout the year.  Whether dedicating their committing to share their free time or scheduling time as a family or group, we can always depend on them to serve, shop, research, donate, make phone calls, facilitate workshops and discussions, or lend a hand wherever needed.
