Below, you will find the registration form for each person attending.  EACH person must register individually.  If someone is going to be sharing your ZOOM, please share the name(s) of the additional person(s) in the comment section, but they still have to REGISTER individually.  If you have any allergies, please share that in the comment section as well.  Upon receiving your registration form, you will receive an email sharing the detailed agenda and dress codes for the weekend activities.  We encourage you to purchase a T-Shirt so you can be included in our pictures and feel apart of the in-person experience.  You can go to our donations page to pay for your T-Shirt as well.

The event will begin as early as Friday at 6:45pm until Sunday morning for our virtual attendees.  It is required that you participate in the activities in order to receive the benefits of the celebration.  If your name is randomly called and you are not present, you lose your opportunity to claim that prize or giveaway.  Once you register, you will be provided with the ZOOM information to have direct access to the celebration during all of our activities throughout the weekend.  Resources and supplies will be provided for you if you register by the requested due date (July 20, 2021).
